Job Title: Night Watchman

Department: Moorage

Reports To: Guest Relations Director

Position Summary:

Responsible for overnight security and guest assistance throughout the resort. Patrols resort property, monitors safety and activity, responds to incidents, and provides guest support after office hours.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol resort facilities and monitor safety, traffic flow, and activity
• Respond appropriately to incidents and guest needs
• Maintain communication with base station and team members
• Complete incident reports and shift logs
• Assist guests with requests after hours, including transportation when needed
• Monitor public areas for hazards, fires, or unsafe conditions
• Enforce resort rules and address disturbances professionally
• Participate in boat operation and handling training as required

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license required
• High school diploma preferred
• Previous unarmed patrol or security experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and guest service skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
