Houseboat Service Crew

Department: Houseboats

Reports To: Marina Manager

Position Summary:

Prepare and service houseboats between rentals by cleaning, pumping out tanks, refilling water and propane, and ensuring boats are safe, clean, and ready for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Move boats between load-out and service areas and follow water safety practices
• Clean and service boats using established checklists
• Pump out holding tanks and refill fresh water
• Fill propane tanks (training required)
• Inspect boats and report defects or maintenance needs
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety procedures
• Greet and assist guests courteously

Qualifications:

• Janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Positive, guest-focused attitude
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks

Work Environment:

• Seasonal, outdoor marina setting
• Physically active role with exposure to weather
