Houseboat Housekeeper

Department: Houseboats

Reports To: Marina Manager

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Houseboat Housekeeper to join our team! This role is responsible for cleaning and preparing houseboats to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all interior areas of houseboats
• Clean windows (interior and exterior)
• Verify and restock onboard inventory
• Remove trash and replace damaged or missing items
• Report maintenance needs
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
• Provide friendly, guest-focused service

Qualifications:

• Hotel, resort, or janitorial experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks
