Gate / Parking Attendant

Department: Moorage

Reports To: Guest Relations Director

We are seeking a friendly and dependable Gate/Parking Attendant to welcome guests, direct traffic, and process park and launch pass payments. This position plays an important role in creating a positive first impression of our resort.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide directions and resort information
• Accept payments and accurately handle cash transactions
• Operate register and count back change correctly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier booth
• Follow safety procedures and provide excellent guest service

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and team-focused
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
