Job Title: Anchor Crew

Department: Moorage

Reports To: Anchor Crew Manager

Position Summary:

Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and fully operational marina. Ensures proper anchoring, mooring, and marina access while providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general marina maintenance and upkeep
• Inspect and maintain anchoring systems, winch lines, and rigging daily
• Assist with marina movement and ensure safe customer access
• Safely operate anchor barge, boom truck, and related equipment
• Monitor and work with fresh water and sewer systems
• Locate and operate electrical and water shut-off valves
• Ensure marinas are properly anchored and moored at all times
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma preferred
• Experience with marina operations preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and power tools
• Ability to work well with guests and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
