We're hiring our first sales executive to work alongside our cofounders in approaching potential licensing deals for our core technology

Our software stack turns raw tendonal and muscular data into real-world, actionable outputs. Now, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join us and help us expand by building licensing partnerships with large corporations.
About the Role:
As our Sales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy. You’ll work with major players across different industries focused heavily on AI-powered hardware, robotics, Gaming, and Assistive Tech, identify new opportunities for licensing our technology, and help us close big deals with the companies that can make a real impact. Your role will be a mix of building relationships, understanding client needs, and getting things done—think fast-paced, high-impact, and a whole lot of room to make a difference.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to connect with potential licensing partners, especially in wearables, healthcare, sports, and other industries.
• Build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers at top corporations to position our technology as the solution they didn’t know they needed.
• Lead negotiations and work out licensing agreements that are a win for both sides.
• Team up with our product and engineering teams to make sure our technology fits exactly what our partners are looking for.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering smart, tailored solutions to solve real business challenges.
• Keep the revenue engine running, securing new deals and expanding relationships with existing partners.
• Stay on top of industry trends and competitor moves to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Take full ownership of the sales cycle—generate leads, nurture relationships, close deals, and make sure both sides are happy long-term.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in sales, specifically licensing partnerships with big companies.
• Solid experience navigating B2B sales cycles in tech or similar industries.
• The Magnetic X Factor that helps to build rapport, negotiate, and close deals with F500 companies
• You know how to find business opportunities, and you’re great at tailoring solutions to meet partner needs.
• Self-starter with a strong desire to get things done—you’ve got a bias for action and aren’t afraid to jump in and make things happen.
• You’re great at negotiating and know how to create deals that work for both sides.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working in an innovative, startup-style atmosphere.
Nice-to-Haves:
• Relationships or experience with major players in wearables, healthcare, or sports tech.
• Familiarity with licensing law or intellectual property—especially in tech.
• Comfortable with enterprise sales software (CRM, proposal tools, etc.).
• Some technical knowledge or an interest in wearables, biomechanics, or motion analytics.

$125,000 - $165,000 per year
