Overview: At Peak Shine Car Wash, we're not just about clean cars — we're about building leaders. As Assistant Site Leader, you’ll be a vital part of our leadership team, supporting daily operations while creating a positive environment for our team and customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Support and assist ownership group in daily car wash operations
• Lead by example to create a positive, customer-first culture
• Train, coach, and support team members to perform their roles effectively
• Deliver fast, friendly, and professional customer service
• Troubleshoot and fix/escalate mechanical issues to minimize downtime
• Oversee cleanliness, organization, and safety of the site
• Help manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies
• Open and close the site when scheduled
• Track daily sales and team performance
• Be ready to learn and be coached

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ months of team leadership or management experience (car wash experience preferred but not required)
• Passion for customer service and mentoring others
• Reliable, organized, and energetic personality
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for long periods
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn technical aspects of car wash operations
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
