Position Overview and Role

Examples of responsibilities within this role:

• Communicates effectively and confidently to all parties involved
• Uses company software at a high level to document activity
• Perform site visits for walk throughs or quality/compliance inspections
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with Tenants, Clients, and Team members
• Perform property showings/tours of vacant units as well as all on-site activity
• Work closely with the property manager, leasing, and maintenance team members to ensure high performance and communication
• Work closely with the Peak Team for further training and development. 
• Be a team player, and always work to improve.

This position is required to perform licensed activities, so you will need to obtain your real estate license within 120-days of hire. The company will pay for the real estate course and licensing. You will not be expected to perform traditional REALTOR duties like selling houses, but the licensing covers the state’s requirements to be licensed to perform showings and countersign leases. Getting licensed not only ensures compliance but also unlocks opportunities for promotion and long-term career advancement.
