What You’ll Do:

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will be managed and supervised by an experienced BCBA as you implement life-changing care directly in the child’s home. You will work directly with clients, helping them learn new skills and reach key developmental milestones.

  • Provide in-person behavior therapy services in a child’s home setting
  • Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans to help children thrive
  • Collect and record data. Help track progress and celebrate milestones using a company assigned tablet and electronic data collection system
  • Partner closely with your BCBA and help inform treatment plans and effectively implement treatment plans specific to each client’s needs


Qualifications:

Minimum high-school degree or equivalent

Must pass a background check

A reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license

TB test health screening

Activities may involve walking, running, long periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time


Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour

BT: $22-24/hr, RBT Certified $25-29/hr
