Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in the individuals home. In this vital role, you will help enhance the quality of life for clients by delivering personalized care, ensuring safety, and fostering a warm, respectful environment. Your energy and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve, promoting independence and dignity every day.

Responsibilities


  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
  • Monitor patient by behavior changes, and overall condition; report findings accurately and promptly to agency
  • Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption as needed
  • medication reminders following care plans and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy
  • Support client with memory care needs such as Alzheimer's and dementia by implementing specialized techniques and engaging activities
  • Maintain cleanliness of living spaces through regular cleaning routines to promote a safe and hygienic environment
  • Follow prescribed care plans diligently, documenting observations and interventions clearly for ongoing client support

Requirements


  • Prior experience in assisted living, home health, hospice care, long-term care, or homecare environments preferred
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid.
  • Experience working with people with developmental disabilities, autism, or memory impairments such as Alzheimer’s or dementia is a plus
  • Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team while maintaining patient confidentiality under HIPAA standards
  • Demonstrated compassion, patience, and respect for individuals from diverse backgrounds and abilities
  • Pass a back ground check, drug test, and TB skin test or scan.
  • Reliable vehicle, drivers license, and insurance.

Salary

$18 - $19 per hour
