Lead Nurse Practitioner / Clinical Team Lead

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and manage patients seeking hormone optimization — women's and men's hormone health, perimenopause, menopause, testosterone management, and related metabolic changes.
• Evaluate and manage patients in medically supervised weight-loss programs, with an emphasis on GLP-1-based treatment, nutrition, body composition, and long-term weight maintenance.
• Participate in regenerative and musculoskeletal services, including joint injections, depending on training and experience.
• Perform initial clinical intake for patients with complex health concerns (chronic inflammatory illness, Lyme disease, mold-related illness, Long COVID, autoimmune conditions) and facilitate a smooth transition to the appropriate Peak provider.
• Serve as a day-to-day clinical resource for the nursing and patient-care team, including oversight and support for patients receiving IV therapies and other in-office treatments.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and other providers to maintain consistent clinical standards and identify opportunities to improve workflows and patient care.
• Support the onboarding and clinical development of nursing and provider team members as the practice grows.

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner eligible to practice in Illinois (additional state licensure may be discussed as the clinic grows).
• Experience in hormone replacement/optimization and GLP-1-based weight management strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of metabolic health, nutrition, body composition, and lifestyle medicine.
• Functional or integrative medicine experience preferred.
• Experience with joint injections, regenerative medicine, or IV/infusion-based care is a plus.
• Comfortable reviewing labs, developing individualized treatment plans, and recognizing when to escalate to the Medical Director.
• Excellent communication and patient-education skills, and comfort collaborating across a multidisciplinary team.
• Organized, dependable, and able to balance scheduled patient care with day-to-day clinical leadership.
