Position Summary
The Associate Pastor serves as the directional and pastoral leader of Adult Ministries at Peak City Church. This role owns the adult discipleship pipeline—growth track, care, discipleship, and outreach—and is available to teach or host on Sundays as needed to support the Lead Pastor.
