We are seeking an experienced Social Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a creative mindset, and proven expertise in scheduling, analytics, and TikTok. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms, with a focus on driving engagement, increasing brand awareness, and fostering community growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Curation: Responsible for creating and curating content for PeachFuzz’s social media platforms. This includes creating images, videos, and writing engaging captions. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging.
Brand Monitoring & Hashtags: Monitor and engage with brand hashtags, such as #peachfuzzlaser and #PFLBrooklyn, to maintain brand integrity and build positive relationships with the social media community.
Promotional and Seasonal Campaigns: Assist in developing and executing promotional campaigns for products and services. Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure campaign alignment.
Monthly Review Meetings: Analyze performance metrics, provide regular reports, and insights to inform social media strategy. Stay informed on emerging social media platforms and technologies for potential integration into the company's strategy.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on scheduling, analytics, and TikTok.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
$20 - $25 per hour
