Peace of Mind Hospice 2 LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team in Humble, TX. As a Hospice RN, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families during their end-of-life journey. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth and advancement within our organization.

**Job Overview:**

As a Hospice Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical care, case management, and symptom relief to our patients. You will also supervise and support our LPN and CNA team members to ensure the highest quality of care is being delivered. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

- Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and pain control

- Educate patients and their families on disease progression, symptom management, and end-of-life care

- Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care

- Attend case conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards of practice

**Requirements:**

- Current RN license in the state of Texas

- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care

- BLS certification

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: Pay Per Visit
