Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

As a Remote Support Representative, you will serve as an information resource for billing, Ticket support, and technical troubleshooting questions – including promoting products and services to our new and existing customers so they get the most value and enjoyment from their Computer Nerds experience. You will be providing solutions to customers, from simple concerns to escalated and complex situations. If you like to solve problems and interact with people from across the country or maybe just a few towns over, this is the spot for you!


Required Experience in:

*Remote Computer Diagnostic Testing

*Remote Virus Removal

*Laptop & Desktop Repair (Motherboards, Screens, Keyboards, Fans, RAM, Hard Drives etc.)

*Remote Software Installation & Configuration (Operating Systems and other)

*Remote Data Transfer / Data Recovery

*Remote Computer Repair

*Remote Wireless Network Setup

*Remote Peripheral Device Installation/Repair (Printers, Cameras, Routers etc.)


Preferred experience in (or willing to learn)

*Remote Quickbooks Support

*Remote Server Support, Software setup

*Remote Android & Apple Tablet Support


This position will be 5 days per week scheduled within our normal business hours which are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm or Saturday and Sunday 10am-2pm. Our offices are in the Tri-State area. Pay depends on your experience and knowledge. Other Requirements:

At least 2 years paid experience with computer repairs (component & software)

Must have your own reliable transportation

Must have own working Smart Phone

Able to lift 40LBS

US Citizen or Valid Work Authorization

3 Day hands on trial with our team is required (Paid)

Technicians must be able to pass a drug test and Criminal background clearance.


Salary

$13 - $20 per hour
