PAZ Analytics is seeking a part-time Project Manager to lead and coordinate digital marketing initiatives, with a focus on paid advertising and email marketing campaigns.

Position Overview

In this role, you’ll oversee project timelines, facilitate collaboration between internal teams and clients, and ensure campaign assets and performance reports are delivered accurately and on time. You’ll play a key role in keeping marketing efforts organized, on schedule, and aligned with client goals—serving as the connective thread across strategy, execution, and reporting.

You will work directly with the following teams:

  • Paid Media Teams – for ad campaign planning and implementation
  • Client Marketing Teams – for ad copy, visuals, and landing page alignment. Facilitate approvals and gather necessary inputs to ensure projects progress with structure and clarity.
  • Partnered Agency Teams - for coordination of campaign timelines and assets

This role is ideal for someone organized and proactive, with a solid understanding of digital advertising workflows. As the client base grows, there is opportunity to expand both scope and hours.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Project Delivery

  • Track dependencies between our ad operations and client resources to unblock bottlenecks in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the on-time launch and delivery of all required campaigns and projects.


Team Communication & Reporting

  • Ensure and facilitate on-time delivery of updates, progress dashboards, and post-campaign performance summaries.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery that aligns with campaign objectives and KPIs.


Operational Excellence

  • Develop and maintain clear project plans using tools like Notion, Asana, Monday.com, or Jira.
  • Anticipate risks and solve for ambiguity in fast-moving marketing timelines.
  • Help standardize processes and templates across recurring engagements.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years project management experience supporting marketing or paid media teams.
  • Collaborative and reliable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Understanding of campaign set-up, paid media channels, and creative requirements.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Meta, Google, StackAdapt, MNTN, Reddit, TikTok, and Looker Studio.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, agile environment.


Nice to Have

  • Experience working with technical or analytics teams
  • Software development exposure
  • Bonus: Experience working in an agency or consultancy environment.
  • Bonus: PMP certification


Role Logistics

  • Starting Commitment: ~10 hours/week
  • Flexibility: Weekly hours may grow depending on project needs and performance
  • Schedule: Work hours are flexible, but the role requires availability for occasional real-time check-ins, team syncs, and client deadlines—primarily aligned with Central Time (CST).
  • Growth Potential: Hours may expand based on project needs and performance


Compensation: $40/hr - $60/hr based on experience
