Title: Project Coordinator (Full-Time)

Reports to: Operations Manager

Location: Remote (United States)

Compensation: $70,000k - $85,000k/year


Summary

PAZ Analytics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support day-to-day project execution, team coordination, and operational workflow management across the organization.


In this role, you will help maintain visibility across active projects by organizing tasks, tracking timelines, monitoring workloads, and ensuring action items move forward efficiently. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to reduce operational friction, improve accountability, and support consistent delivery across client engagements.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, managing details, and helping teams stay organized in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 0–3 years of professional experience and demonstrates strong organizational skills, ownership, and a desire to grow into Project Management or Operations leadership over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day project coordination across multiple client accounts and internal initiatives.
  • Create, organize, and maintain tasks, timelines, and workflows within the company’s project management platform.
  • Track project progress and proactively identify delays, blockers, risks, or missed deadlines.
  • Assist with resource coordination, workload visibility, and team capacity tracking.
  • Organize and document action items from meetings, transcripts, and project discussions.
  • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and operational records to ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Support time tracking, due date management, and administrative workflow coordination across teams.
  • Collaborate with leadership and delivery teams to ensure priorities and next steps are clearly communicated.
  • Help improve operational consistency by identifying workflow inefficiencies and supporting process improvements.
  • Support adoption and ongoing management of project management systems and operational tools.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to improve efficiency, organization, documentation, and project visibility while maintaining appropriate human oversight, quality control, and critical thinking.
