Description

The Role


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cardiovascular Sonographer who takes pride in delivering high-quality imaging and genuinely cares about patient experience.


Diagnostic imaging plays a critical role in the care we provide, and we’re looking for someone who understands the importance of accuracy, professionalism, and compassion in every study performed.


This is a close knit outpatient practice, where your expertise will be valued, and your contributions will directly impact patient care.


This position can be FT/PT or PRN.


What You'll Do

- Perform ultrasound examinations according to established protocols and procedures.

- Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures.

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to discuss imaging results and patient care.

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of ultrasound findings.

- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

- Educate patients about the ultrasound process and answer any questions they may have.

- Stay updated on advancements in ultrasound technology and best practices.


What We're Looking For

- Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or equivalent.

-Vascular ultrasound experience preffered

- Proven experience in performing ultrasound examinations.

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.

- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality imaging results.


Nice to Have

- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
