As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our practice by managing the front desk operations and providing excellent service to our patients. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently.

What You'll Do
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirm patient visits to optimize office flow.
- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and directing calls as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with regulations.
- Process patient intake forms and assist with insurance verification.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments efficiently.
- Support the administrative team with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient interaction.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in using office software and scheduling systems.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with medical billing and coding.
