The Role

As a Machinist at Patriot Companies LLC, you will operate various machine tools to create precision parts and instruments. You will work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure that all components meet specifications and quality standards.

What You'll Do

- Operate CNC and manual machines to produce parts according to specifications.

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.

- Conduct regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.

- Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

- Document production processes and maintain accurate records.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a machinist or in a similar role.

- Proficiency in operating CNC machines and manual lathes and mills.

- Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Nice to Have

- Experience with CAD software for designing parts.

- Knowledge of quality control standards and practices.

- Familiarity with different types of materials and their machining properties.

- Certification in machining or related fields is a plus.
