Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Guide clients with care and understanding through trust administration, probate, estate and trust litigation and conservatorship processes.

Document Preparation: Draft and manage various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, agreements, real property documents, correspondence with financial institutions, and probate filings.

Case Management: Handle a large caseload, prioritizing tasks and projects, managing deadlines, and maintaining organizational excellence.

Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work as a team player, using creative and strategic approaches to resolve client issues effectively.

Technology Utilization: Familiarity with tools like Clio and other legal tech platforms is a plus.

Fiduciary Accountings: (Desired but not required) Prepare fiduciary accountings for trust and estate administration.
Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years of legal experience in trust/estate administration/probate; 2-3 years experience in estate/trust litigation.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of California
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Compassionate, service-oriented personality with a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and communicate effectively.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of Clio or similar software is an advantage.
