Patience In Home Care (PIHC) is a Home Health Care agency offering complex nursing care and PCA care for our clients. We are looking for licensed, patient, and compassionate nurses  to join our dynamic. PIHC provides in-home care services to patients who need help to maintain their independence. PIHC provides competitive wages and flexible hours. This position is to provide care/support during Skilled Nursing Visits, Nursing Assessments and PCA Supervisions in people’s homes. 

Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of advanced cares potentially including but not limited to tracheostomy, ventilator, feeding tubes, and wound care.
• Managing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, plan and implement care) and collaborating on care plans with the multidisciplinary care team.
• Demonstrate, teach, and supervise care to patients and families.
• Provide training to staff.
• Accurate and timely medical recordkeeping and reporting.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Minnesota.
• Must be Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certified by American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Must be fluent in the English language.
• Team player with a positive attitude and effective organizational and communication skills.
