We patiently care for the loved ones entrusted in our care. Patience In Home Care provides home care nursing services for people with complex medical needs in the North Twin Cities Metro (Anoka County and surrounding areas).

Hours

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday's (16 hours per week)
• 1pm-5pm
• Some weeks may have more available hours

Overview

• Providing 1:1 care in a loving home.
• Must have a Driver's License with a good driving record to drive the client on nearby errands/appointments.

Description

• We are looking for a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patient’s homes in accordance with an established care plan.

• Responsibilities
• Helping client with organization
• Perform domestic and household tasks (light housekeeping/laundry)
• Driving to appointments and errands
• Meal prep (the client will advise on what type of meals)
• Assist with client’s personal care activities
• Reminders (medications/schedule)
• Provide companionship and basic emotional support

• Rate of Pay

CFSS Services = 1 hour per week @ $17.00 per hour (this rate will vary based on experience)

Homemaking Services = 7 hours per week @ $21.00 per hour

IHS Services = 8 hours @ $21.00 per hour
