We are looking for a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patient’s homes in accordance with an established care plan.

Openings in Lino Lakes(see additional area openings in bottom of this ad)

• Lino Lakes: 3.5 hrs/day

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients residence
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Assist with client’s personal care activities
• Maintain patients care records and document provided services
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
• Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise
• Collect routine specimens
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

Skills and Requirements

• Proven working experience as Personal Care Assistant
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Proficiency in English
• Nursing and health care administration skills
• Caring and compassionate personality
• Current CPR certificate
• First Aid training
• Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs.

• Andover: (1) 1:30pm-9:30pm various days, (2) Fri.-Sun. (9am-7pm)
• Anoka: four openings 1.75-5hrs/day
• Blaine: (1) 5.75 hrs/day (2) 7hrs day (3-4 days a week)
• Columbia Heights 3 d/wk X 4h/d
• Coon Rapids: (1) 6hrs/day (mon.-thurs.), (2) 2 hrs evening, (3) 3.5hrs/day
• Crystal: 5h/d (12pm-5pm)
• Forest Lake: 1 day a week 6-7 hrs (homemaking)
• Ham Lake: (1) 8-10hrs M-F (2) 4-5hrs/wk homemaking
• Lino Lakes: 3.5 hrs/day
• Oak Grove: 5 hrs/day (e/o Sat, Sunday)
• Ramsey: 5hrs/day
• Stacy: (every day of week): 7am-5pm and 9pm-7am
