OverviewProviding direct care in a loving home.DescriptionWe are looking for a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patient’s homes in accordance with an established care plan.

• 20-40 hrs a week cleaning as a PCA (personal care assistant) for various clients in and around the city of Anoka.

Responsibilities

• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Document provided services
• Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

Skills and Requirements

• Proven working experience as Personal Care Assistant
• Proficiency in English
• Caring and compassionate personality
