We are looking for a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patient’s homes in accordance with an established care plan. We can offer flexible scheduling to accommodate preferred hours.

Isanti

• Client plans to set schedule with caregiver based on needs, client is approved for 6.5 hours a day

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care activities
• Perform household tasks
• Maintain patients care records and document provided services
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
• Provide clients with compassion

Preferred skills and requirements

• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Proficiency in English
•  Able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs.
• Previous experience as a personal care assistant/caregiver
• Knowledge of healthcare administration
