Patience In Home Care provides home care nursing services for people with complex medical needs in the North Twin Cities Metro (Anoka County and surrounding areas).

We are looking for a compassionate Nurse to provide 1:1 care in patient’s homes in accordance with an established care plan. We can offer both part-time, and full time positions or combinations of openings to equal full-time to work with you to find you the hours you need.

Open Shifts:

• 7 Days per week -- 7am-7pm (Multiple Open Shifts)

Pay Detail: Number of hours, flexibility, and experience factor into pay.

LPN $26.45-$31.65/hr.

RN $38.20-$43.35/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a variety of advanced cares potentially including but not limited to tracheostomy, ventilator, feeding tubes, and wound care.

• Managing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, plan and implement care) and collaborating on care plans with the multidisciplinary care team.

• Demonstrate, teach and supervise care to patients and families.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed nurse in the state of Minnesota (Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)).

• Must be Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certified by American Heart Association or Red Cross.

• Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs.

• Must be fluent in the English language.

• Team player with a positive attitude and effective organizational and communication skills.
