Andover:

• Days M-Thurs. 12 pm-7 pm.   Fri. 12pm-8 pm, Sat. 8 am-8 pm. Sun. 12 pm-8 pm. (Andover home 1)
• Overnights 7pm-7am ( 1 - 2 x week including Thursdays ) - Andover (Andover home 1)
• Overnights 12am-8am ( all 7 nights are open ) - Andover (Andover home 2)
• Days 8am-4pm (2 x during weekdays a week) (Andover home 2)

Coon Rapids:

• Days 7:30am-4pm ( 1-2 x week ) - Coon Rapids (CR home 1) - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday
• Nights 4pm-12am ( 1 x week Fri or Sat.) - Coon Rapids (CR home 1)
• Days 9am-9pm (Tuesdays, & e/o Fri, Sat, Sun & Monday) (CR home 2)
• Days 9am-4pm (Thursdays) (CR home 2)

Work with us part time or full time by combining openings.

Pay Detail: Number of hours, flexibility and experience factor into pay.

LPN $25-27/hr.

RN $34-36/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a variety of advanced cares potentially including but not limited to tracheostomy, ventilator, feeding tubes, and wound care.

• Managing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, plan and implement care) and collaborating on care plans with the multidisciplinary care team.

• Demonstrate, teach and supervise care to patients and families.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed nurse in the state of Minnesota (Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)).

• Must be Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certified by American Heart Association or Red Cross.

• Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs.

• Must be fluent in the English language.

• Team player with a positive attitude and effective organizational and communication skills.
