Patience In Home Care (PIHC) is a Private Duty Nursing agency and PCA agency  looking for the right individual experienced with home care sales, client relations and support. PIHC is providing in home care services for individuals with complex medical need primarily in Anoka County and Northern Hennepin Counties. This is a PT position with great flexibility and a lot of potential to grow. All hours worked would be agreed to in advance and could be worked according to your preferred schedule. This is a hybrid position, where some of the work can be done remotely (from a home office), some time would be spent visiting clients and some from the office.

Client Success Manager: 

Client Success Manager will pay between $24-35/hr.  Experience, proven track record, flexibility and adaptability are the main drivers of the pay rate. This position is specifically focused on the successful implementation and delivery of services to new clients and the continued engagement of existing clients.  This position supports our Client Intake Coordinator to facilitate the intake of new clients along with our Human Services Administrator to help coordinate new hires, staffing and scheduling and backfill office administrative needs. As a new and part-time position, the hours for this could grow and will always be mutually set from time of hire until any point a regular schedule is settled. The expectation to start with would be about 12 hours a week; our goal would be to ramp up to 12-24 hours within a couple weeks of starting. With the right individual we would work to convert this to a Full Time role if that too is their long term goal.    

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Working with new clients and Human Services Administration to manage successful delivery of care to new clients. 
  • Calling prospects to educate them on service options and to obtain and schedule in-home visits for prospective clients. 
  • Working with director to provide quotes to new client prospects. 
  • Backfilling for home visits for prospective clients (with the Client Intake Coordinator).  
  • Maintain strong client relationships.  
  • Supporting client marketing and supporting our ad design team. 
  • Continuous improvement of company processes. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Professional in how you carry yourself. 
  • Able to negotiate solutions in challenging situations between clients to resolve staffing needs and resource decisions. 
  • Comfortable with sales – making deals, quoting rates and negotiating. 
  • Experienced in managing risk. 
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal 
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to help fulfill different needs 
  • Must be fluent in the English language. 
  • Technically savvy with Office Products and able to navigate various software. 
  • Team player with a positive attitude and effective organizational and communication skills. 
  • Pass DHS background study. 

 

Preferred:

Salary

$24 - $35 per hour
