Pathways Christian Academy is seeking a Christ-centered Flag Football Head Coach to lead our Middle School/High School boys' program for the 2026 season. Practices run Monday–Thursday, 3:00–5:00 PM from August 17–September 7, shifting to 3:30–5:00 PM once school starts on September 8, with two games per week (typically starting around 5:15 PM) through mid-November; a coaches meeting is held July 29. The ideal candidate has prior coaching or playing experience, strong leadership skills, and uses athletics as a platform to build character and disciple student-athletes.
