POSITION: Program Specialist, Employment

ORGANIZATION: Pathway To Hope, Reclamation Clubhouse Program

REPORTING TO: Program Director

STATUS: Full-time, Non-exempt

HOURS: M-F 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with occasional holiday, evenings or weekends

LOCATION: Olathe, KS, in-person

  • Ability to pass Criminal background check.  No history of crimes against persons, sexual assault or exploitation, and sexual or physical abuse.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Motivate members to actively engage in Clubhouse activities and foster a positive Clubhouse culture.
  • Collaborate with staff to assess and encourage members' work, and maintain program compliance.
  • Work with diverse individuals, demonstrating flexibility and proactive problem-solving.
  • Be familiar with accreditation procedures and contribute to maintaining standards.
  • Gather and organize information, compile data for decision-making, and complete required documentation.
  • Handle difficult situations, work well under pressure, and manage interruptions effectively.
  • Maintain strong time management and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Participate in Clubhouse training and weekly meetings with the Program Director and staff.
  • Use Google products (Docs, Drive, Sheets) to complete tasks and track progress.
  • Capture photos, videos, and interviews with members to support publicity efforts.
  • Support member employment goals by promoting internal and external employment activities.
  • Collaborate with staff and members on Transitional and Supported Employment, including application and interview skills.
  • Be aware of and support the Educational, Wellness, Transportation, Housing, and general Clubhouse functions.
  • Promote the Clubhouse's continued accreditation and contribute to its culture.


PAY & BENEFITS

Pay range is $19.23/hour - $21.63/hour. Benefits include floating holidays, paid time off, emergency sick time, cell phone stipend, and health, dental, vision and life insurance options. We are committed to continuing to expand our benefits package to reflect the needs of our team.
