Position Summary

We’re seeking a full-time, independently licensed mental health therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to join our growing team in Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a boutique-style practice that values clinical excellence, whole-person care, and a team-based approach to client success.

At Pathfinder Wellness, we specialize in Short-Term Solution-Focused Therapy- a structured, evidence-based model designed to help high-functioning adults identify strengths, set clear goals, and make measurable progress in a brief period of time. As a member of our clinical team, you’ll deliver care using this model across a variety of presenting issues, including stress, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to adult clients using a short-term, solution-focused framework
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation using our EHR system (TherapyAppointment)
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing trainings
• Manage a caseload of 25–30 clients per week (with flexibility)
• Collaborate with leadership on client care planning, risk management, and service enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Current, unrestricted Texas license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
• Must reside in Texas and be eligible to provide telehealth and in-person services
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Strong documentation skills and understanding of ethical and legal compliance
• Must have or be willing to obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) and register with CAQH
• Employment is contingent upon verification of licensure and completion of a background check

Schedule & Compensation

• Status: Full-Time (W-2)
• Schedule: Monday through Saturday with flexible hours (weekends not required but available based on client preferences)
• Caseload: 25–30 clients/week + 5 hours of paid admin time
• Compensation: $60 per client session and $20 per admin hour
