Description

The Mobile Diagnostic Technician plays a critical role in supporting our daily clinical operations. This position works alongside a licensed physician and speech-language pathologist to provide mobile swallowing diagnostic services at healthcare facilities throughout the region. 

Responsibilities include safely transporting the clinical team and equipment, setting up and breaking down diagnostic systems, preparing study materials, documenting information during studies, and helping maintain company vehicles and equipment. 

This is an ideal role for someone seeking a flexible, part-time position that combines driving, hands-on work, technology, and interaction with healthcare professionals. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, reliability, and the ability to adapt to a variety of clinical environments. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Safely transport the clinical team and diagnostic equipment to and from healthcare facilities  
  • Set up, operate, and break down mobile diagnostic equipment  
  • Document information during diagnostic studies as directed by the physician and clinical team  
  • Prepare study supplies and materials  
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and moving diagnostic equipment  
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of company vehicles and equipment  
  • Complete required documentation accurately and on time  
  • Represent CDX Care professionally while interacting with facility staff, patients, and healthcare partners  

 

Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required  
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions  
  • Comfortable working in healthcare environments  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications  
  • Ability to lift, push, and maneuver diagnostic equipment  
  • Ability to wear a 15-pound lead apron and stand intermittently during diagnostic studies  
  • Professional appearance and customer-service mindset  
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record  
  • Ability to pass a background check

Salary

$20 - $22 per hour
