We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Intern currently enrolled in a degree program to support our customer success efforts. This internship offers hands-on experience building and maintaining relationships with our Shopify app users and project clients. You'll proactively engage with customers, offer assistance, gather feedback, and support new project onboarding. If you’re a strong communicator interested in gaining valuable experience in customer success, we'd love to have you on our team!


Responsibilities:


  • Engage with new app users after they download our Shopify apps, ensuring they have a positive onboarding experience.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and maximize their experience with our products and services.
  • Support follow-up with potential project clients by guiding them through the onboarding process and addressing questions.
  • Collect and track customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to report insights and contribute to service enhancement initiatives.


Requirements:


  • Currently enrolled as an active student in an accredited college or university.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable making calls and interacting with customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Located near Seattle, WA, is a plus for occasional in-person meetings.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Interest or coursework in business, marketing, software development, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or Shopify.
  • Previous customer service or customer engagement experience.
