Work Environment:

PartsBadger is a relaxed, casual work environment located in Cedarburg, WI. Featuring fully stocked snack/beverage rooms, a 5-hole disc golf course, and a telepresence robot, our location boasts 15,000 sq. ft that blends collaborative spaces, “clean spaces” for independent projects and production space. We continue to develop the layout of our office for idea generation and collaborative work.

Day-to-Day

  • Create opportunities for business by calling, emailing, visiting, and completing other relationship-building activities.
  • Responsively manage incoming leads and inquiries.
  • Effectively qualify and onboard new customers, setting the stage for them to become PartsBadger customers for life:
  • Research and information-gathering
  • Identify problems and create solutions
  • Learn about production requirements
  • Successfully deliver on orders per customer needs
  • Follow up with customers throughout the life of an order.
  • Continue the development of customers into long-term partnerships:
  • Tailor sales strategy based on the customer’s needs.
  • Proactively generate new contacts at qualified companies.
  • Coordinate meetings between PartsBadger and the customer to successfully deliver on customer needs.
  • Always practice excellent internal and external customer service.

Required Qualifications:

  • Highly Inquisitive with a Desire to Learn
  • Strong Computer Skills and General Technical Ability
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Strong Listening and Presentation Skills
  • Excellent Attention to Detail
  • Strong Phone Presence
  • Knowledge of CNC and Machining

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven B2B Inside Sales Experience
  • Proficient in Reading Manufacturing Blueprints
  • Machining Background

Target Compensation: $60,000-$120,000/year
