Parkview Professional Counseling is growing and seeking a motivated Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC) to join our practice as a W-2 clinician, part-time or full-time.

About Parkview Professional Counseling

Parkview is a private mental health practice in Wyoming, Michigan (Greater Grand Rapids area) dedicated to providing compassionate, effective therapy for individuals, couples, and families. We are a multi-specialty practice treating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, addiction, ADHD, OCD, men's and women's specific issues and more. Our small, dedicated team focuses on real results and long-term wellness. Sessions are available in-person at our beautiful Palmer Park location or virtually.

This role is ideal for early‑career counselors who want supervision, a supportive environment, and the opportunity to build a meaningful caseload aligned with their professional passions.


What We Offer


Competitive compensation — 55/45 revenue split (you keep 55%), with opportunities for increases as you gain experience and move toward full licensure.

Clinical supervision — Regular supervision provided by an experienced LPC Supervisor to help you complete your post‑master’s hours efficiently and confidently.

Full administrative support — Your scheduling, billing, and documentation are handled by a dedicated Admin Assistant and Engagement Lead so you can focus on client work.

Caseload development — Support building a caseload in areas that match your interests, including CBT‑informed modalities, addiction/recovery, first responders/veterans, and faith‑integrated counseling.

Flexible schedule — Part‑time or full‑time options available to fit your needs while you grow.


Ideal Candidate

  • Holds (or will soon hold) a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC) credential in Michigan.
  • Has a Master’s degree in Counseling.
  • Is passionate about at least one of our specialty areas.
  • Values a supportive environment and is eager to receive supervision while developing their own clinical style.
  • Is ready to build a sustainable caseload in a growing practice.
