Parkour Generations Boston
Hybrid / Remote | Greater Boston preferred
Parkour Generations Boston (PKGB) is looking for a personable, organized, and proactive Enrollment & Sales Representative to help more people discover parkour and find the right program for them.
PKGB operates differently from a traditional gym. Our programs take place across a network of indoor and outdoor locations, schools, recreation departments, and community partners throughout Greater Boston. Because of this, this is primarily a remote/hybrid sales and enrollment position, rather than a traditional front-desk role.
Your primary responsibility is simple: turn interest into participation.
You'll respond to new inquiries, follow up with prospective participants and families, help people navigate our programs and membership options, book trial classes and introductory programs, and convert qualified leads into ongoing participants and members.
Most work can be completed remotely by phone, text, email, and our registration systems. Boston-area candidates are strongly preferred so you can occasionally attend classes, events, staff meetings, and community programs and develop a firsthand understanding of the PKGB experience.
Previous sales experience is strongly preferred, particularly in membership, fitness, youth programming, hospitality, education, or service-based sales.
More importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people and is comfortable initiating conversations rather than waiting for customers to come to them.
You'll be successful in this role if you are:
Parkour experience is not required. We'll teach you what you need to know about our programs, training, and community.
This is a hybrid/remote position, with most sales activity conducted remotely, with a few seasonal in-person events that would benefit from being on the ground alongside our coaching team.
Because many of our customers are families and our programming takes place primarily during afternoons, evenings, and weekends, some availability during those periods is important. However, this is not a fixed front-desk position or a traditional 2-8 p.m. gym shift.
Remote responsibilities include lead response, phone calls, texting, email, follow-up, enrollment, database management, and reporting.
Occasional in-person responsibilities may include visiting classes, attending major events, participating in staff training, meeting coaches, and supporting enrollment at high-traffic programs.
Greater Boston candidates are preferred, although exceptional fully remote candidates may be considered.
Starting pay: $16-$20/hour, depending on experience, plus commission after successful completion of training.
This position has a defined growth pathway based on performance rather than tenure. Team members can advance into Senior Sales and Enrollment Lead roles as they consistently meet enrollment, conversion, customer-service, and process standards.
Commission is tied primarily to new recurring membership revenue, allowing strong performers to meaningfully increase their earnings.
Performance is measured transparently through a weekly sales scorecard that includes metrics such as:
Lead response - Follow-ups - Bookings - Trial attendance - Conversions - Conversion rate - New recurring revenue
We care about results, but we also care about how those results are achieved. Advancement requires excellent customer service, consistent follow-through, teamwork, and alignment with PKGB's values.
You'll have the flexibility of a primarily remote position while still being connected to a unique, active community throughout Greater Boston.
You'll receive training in our sales process and programs, free access to PKGB classes and training opportunities, and the opportunity to grow alongside an established parkour organization.
Most importantly, the people you're talking to aren't buying something they'll never use. You're helping kids, adults, and families discover movement, overcome challenges, build confidence, and become part of a community.
Parkour Generations Boston provides parkour instruction and movement education for kids, teens, adults, and older adults throughout Greater Boston. Rather than operating solely from a traditional gym, we bring parkour into communities through outdoor and indoor classes through partner programs at schools, private organizations, recreation departments, camps, community centers, and local events. Our goal is to make high-quality parkour instruction accessible to as many people as possible while building a strong, welcoming movement community.
Interested? We'd love to hear from you!
Please send us your resume and a short introduction telling us why you're interested in the position and what makes you effective at connecting with prospective customers.
Parkour experience isn't necessary. Curiosity, initiative, communication skills, and the ability to turn conversations into action are.
