We're on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative who embodies our commitment to delighting our customers. In this remote position, you'll become the essence and voice of Park Candy, charged with the mission of spreading happiness and solving problems.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via emails, texts, and product reviews with timeliness and empathy.
  • Proactively follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Engage with our community, providing service that goes above and beyond.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.


  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
  • A genuine love for helping others and creating positive experiences.

This is a part-time, at-home remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S.
