Description

 What You'll Do:

  • Support the electroforming process to create nickel stampers used in record pressing
  • Handle delicate lacquer masters and metal parts with extreme care
  • Operate and maintain plating equipment following all safety protocols
  • Monitor chemical bath levels and temperatures to ensure consistent, high-quality output
  • Inspect parts for defects and meet strict quality control standards
  • Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe
  • Record process and production data accurately
  • Work closely with Pressing and Shipping teams to keep production running smoothly
  • Participate in training and hands-on learning opportunities


What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year of experience in vinyl plating is required
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience in industrial, plating, or manufacturing environments is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet most of the shift
  • Comfortable working with chemicals and in a high-heat, high-humidity environment
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills


Schedule & Requirements:

  • Full-time, on-site position in Denver, CO
  • Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (occasional overtime or weekends as needed)
  • Must have reliable transportation and consistent attendance
