Paramount Pressing & Plating is looking for Packaging Associates to help us craft the highest quality vinyl records in the business. As a Packaging Associate, you’ll play a critical role in our production process—inspecting, packing, labeling, and prepping vinyl records for shipment with the care and quality our customers count on. You’ll work on your feet in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, consistency, and teamwork are key.
Description
What You’ll Do:
- Inspect and package vinyl records according to client and company specs
- Label, wrap, and organize products for shipment with speed and accuracy
- Operate packaging tools and equipment safely
- Check finished goods for quality, catching any defects before they go out the door
- Keep your workspace clean and organized
- Help monitor packaging supply levels and report shortages
- Follow safety guidelines and production procedures
- Collaborate with your team to hit daily production targets
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Prior experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse settings is helpful—but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods
- Detail-oriented and reliable with solid communication skills
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with repetitive tasks
- Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-moving, startup-style operation
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Schedule & Requirements:
- Full-time, on-site position in Denver, CO
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (occasional overtime or weekends as needed)
- Must have reliable transportation and consistent attendance
