As a Packaging Associate, you’ll play a critical role in our production process—inspecting, packing, labeling, and prepping vinyl records for shipment with the care and quality our customers count on. Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Inspect and package vinyl records according to client and company specs
  • Label, wrap, and organize products for shipment with speed and accuracy
  • Operate packaging tools and equipment safely
  • Check finished goods for quality, catching any defects before they go out the door
  • Keep your workspace clean and organized
  • Help monitor packaging supply levels and report shortages
  • Follow safety guidelines and production procedures
  • Collaborate with your team to hit daily production targets

What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
  • Prior experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse settings is helpful—but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods
  • Detail-oriented and reliable with solid communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with repetitive tasks
  • Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-moving, startup-style operation
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Schedule & Requirements:

  • Full-time, on-site position in Denver, CO
  • Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (occasional overtime or weekends as needed)
  • Must have reliable transportation and consistent attendance
