Description
- Job Title: Personal Care Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, Caregiver
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- Ability to pass a criminal background screening.
- Reliable Transportation
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors.
- Negative TB Test
- CPR Certification
- Major Job Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help clients with mobility, including transfers and walking.
- Medication Reminders according to agency care plan protocols.
- Document services provided and communicate changes in the client’s condition to the supervisor.
- Report any changes in health status or unusual behaviors to appropriate staff.
- Follow care plans as outlined and ensure all client needs are met.
- Transportation to and from appointments and errands.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times.
Salary
$17 - $20 per hour
