  • Review purchase orders, drawings, specifications, quality clauses, due dates, and other requirements before release to production, and maintain accurate schedules, priorities, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate purchasing and supplier activities for materials, tooling, outside processing, specialty machining, finishing/plating, and other project-specific needs, including pricing, lead times, documentation, and delivery follow-up.
  • Identify risks early and follow through on actions to keep projects moving.

  • Resolve routine issues and escalate options to the correct leader as needed.
  • Improve project tracking, workflows, templates, documentation, manufacturing coordination and business processes.
  • Protect sensitive information and follow data handling, confidentiality, export control, and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Help mentor junior team members as PARADORN grows

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, suppliers, and teammates, and follow up when something needs attention.
  • Are technically curious and willing to learn manufacturing processes, drawings, quality requirements, and how work moves through a machine shop.
  • Take ownership, anticipate problems, and are comfortable making routine decisions while knowing when to escalate.
  • Enjoy working in a small, growing company where priorities can shift and you may move between customer communication, scheduling, documentation, and the shop floor in the same day.

Requirements
