Virtual solar sales is a lot different than in-home sales, and all candidates should be coachable and open to learning a proven remote sales system. We use a lot of automation and AI, especially for generating and nurturing leads, and for follow-up.


- Conduct virtual consultations with potential customers to understand their energy needs and provide tailored clean energy solutions

- Educate customers about the benefits of solar systems, home energy storage systems, and other clean energy products

- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including inbound calls, email inquiries, and referrals

- Deliver compelling sales presentations via virtual platforms to effectively communicate the value proposition of our clean energy solutions

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and timely information to customers


- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the solar or clean energy industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers

- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets

- Technologically adept, with proficiency in virtual communication platforms and CRM software, familiarity with solar design software

- Flexibility to adapt to a virtual selling approach and embrace new technologies and strategies

- Solar sales experience is preferred, but there are opportunities for more entry level sales positions

** Salary Range: $180,000 - $420,000 per year **
