Responsibilities

• Execute on-site photography, videography, drone, and 3D scanning services for clients.
• Upload content and share relevant field notes with team members.
• Craft creative solutions to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure punctual travel to and from project locations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, both on-site and remotely, to align on vision and expectations.
• Care for and manage company-provided equipment.
• Keep a precise schedule for accurate time management and billing.
• Manage projects from inception to completion.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication across teams.
• Work efficiently in both team settings and independently.
• Consult with clients on potential service upgrades in the field.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to improve skills and services.

Skills and Qualifications

• Expertise in photography, videography, and drone operations.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• FAA Part 107 Drone License preferred (Must obtain within 30 Days of employment)
• Valid Driver’s License with Reliable Transportation - Must be willing to drive to and from job sites.
• Background in Real Estate, Marketing, Sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong analytical, creative, and decision-making skills.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with file management systems is beneficial.

Work Hours

This remote part-time W2 employment position offers up to 32 hours per week, with the possibility of moving into a full-time position. Our operations span Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. Our service area ranges across Northwest Florida, the ideal candidate will need to be able to travel between Panama City Beach and Destin, FL.

Education and Experience Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in professional or freelance creative roles preferred but not required
