We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who builds with AI, not just for it. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player and proven technical leader who treats AI-native coding agents and SDLC frameworks as core to how they work — planning, designing, writing, reviewing, and testing software with speed and rigor. You'll drive the creation of new software products and enhancements to our existing platform, thrive in fast-moving environments, communicate clearly across teams, and inspire engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Invent, design, and implement scalable, efficient, and reliable solutions
  • Use AI-native coding agents and frameworks (e.g., Superpowers, BMAD, GSD) to accelerate the full SDLC—planning, design, implementation, code review, and testing (unit, UI, and security)
  • Orchestrate parallel work streams using agent personas, sub-agents, and multi-agent workflows to maximize throughput without sacrificing quality
  • Translate user stories into rapid prototypes and production-ready features—estimating effort, iterating with the product team, writing tests, and shepherding code through review
  • Own end-to-end delivery: continuous integration, automated regression testing, and smooth deployments while maintaining and refactoring our existing codebase
  • Evolve and document our architecture to ensure robustness, performance, and security
  • Partner with UX/UI designers to shape intuitive workflows and polished interfaces
  • Critically evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability—you own what ships, regardless of who (or what) wrote it

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional software development experience
  • 5+ years of full-stack development, with deep fluency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Java)
  • 5+ years building services with frameworks such as Next.js, Node.js, Flask, or Spring
  • 3+ years with front-end frameworks like React or Angular
  • 3+ years architecting and operating solutions in public clouds (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices: code review, design review, threat modeling, vulnerability scanning, and software supply chain security
  • Strong grasp of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

AI-Native Engineering Expertise

  • Demonstrated experience shipping production software using AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with AI-native SDLC frameworks such as Superpowers, BMAD, or GSD, including agent personas and sub-agent orchestration
  • Hands-on experience building AI applications leveraging large language models (LLMs)
  • Proven skills in data preparation, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines
  • Understanding of evaluation metrics, monitoring, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to judge when to delegate to an agent versus code by hand, and to review agent output with a security-first mindset
