Pakt Operations & Customer Support Specialist Bozeman, MT · Part time

Pakt creates obsessively-designed travel essentials, and we’re hiring an Operations & Customer Support Specialist. Our growing product line includes soft luggage, everyday carry bags, and travel coffee products. Our small team is lean, passionate, tight-knit, and awesome. We operate from a well-outfitted studio in downtown Bozeman, Montana. Some of our team is distributed around the country but this role requires being Bozeman-based at the studio.

Overview: 


An exciting opportunity to join a growing team supporting the production of a line of refined and responsibly-produced travel accessories. This role will support multiple areas of Pakt, including operations, office management, and supporting the customer support, sales, and design teams. 


About the Role:


  • Operations Assistant:  Processing customer returns which would include receiving, inspecting, and repackaging.  In addition, some packing and shipping of replacement parts, marketing samples, and other products. Ownership of rePakt our reselling platform partnered with Treet. Prepping, boxing and posting all rePakt items.
  • Customer Support: Responding to customer product related questions, providing order status, and some troubleshooting as-needed.  Ultimately, our goal is to WOW our customers, and you’ll be provided with all the tools you need to do that. 
  • Office Manager: Keep the small but growing Bozeman design and operations office running smoothly, stocked with office supplies, ensure it’s clean and orderly, and make it fun!


Some other details:

  • In-person working from downtown Bozeman office
  • $20-$23 per hour
  • Flexible day time shift: 9am-2pm

  • A people person. You will interact with customers and staff a lot and be responsible for conveying the friendly, approachable brand image of Pakt.
  • You take initiative and ownership to see things through to completion. If it needs doing, you do it. 
  • You’re eager to take on challenges. When you don’t know something, you embrace the chance to grow and get better.
  • You have some experience working in customer support and are passionate about support and the important role it plays in a company. 
  • You are flexible and have no problem working on a task that is not specifically part of your job description.
  • You enjoy traveling and exploring the world- we are a travel brand after all!

Salary
