JOB DESCRIPTION: REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN
At Pair With ABA, we are dedicated to providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and supporting individuals in reaching their full potential. This position offers a part-time schedule and an hourly salary range of $25 to $35, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments
- Collect and accurately record data on client progress and behavior targets
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans
- Assist in the assessment process by conducting functional behavior assessments and skill acquisition assessments
- Implement behavior management techniques, reinforcement strategies, and other interventions as directed by the BCBA
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to enhance professional growth and development
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policies
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred
- Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations within the designated area
