Pair With ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Therapist/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team on a part-time basis. As an RBT, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

**Responsibilities:**

-Work Evenings

- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

- Provide direct 1:1 therapy to clients in their homes or community settings

- Collect data on client progress and behavior

- Collaborate with families and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment

**Requirements:**

- Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain RBT certification

- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Must be able to pass a background check (Note: Pair With ABA complies with laws and regulations that prohibit inquiring about criminal backgrounds for certain positions)
