**Job Description:**

At Pair With ABA, we are seeking a dedicated Behavior Therapist/RBT to join our team and provide high-quality therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. This part-time position offers a competitive salary range of $30 to $35 per hour. This position is evening hours, week days, over 10 hours per week, mainly in-home sessions.

**Responsibilities:**

- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs

- Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients

- Record and monitor client progress through data collection

- Collaborate with the treatment team to set and achieve individualized treatment goals

- Build positive and supportive relationships with clients and their families

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

-Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred, not required
