Paint Bros MA is seeking a skilled Painter/Taper to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both painting and drywall finishing, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Drywall Finishing:
• Join drywall panels using tape and plaster, ensuring a smooth finish.
• Repair cracks and conceal imperfections on drywall surfaces.
• Painting:
• Prepare walls and surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling cracks.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes with various tools.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a drywall finisher and painter.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable Transportation 5 days a week
• Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and methods used in drywall and ceiling finishing.
• Ability to interpret construction blueprints.
• Familiarity with safety guidelines and regulations.
• Good basic math skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Physically fit and able to work a full 8 hour shift.
